Phew. Over the last year I’ve been having QUITE a time doing my Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training with Keren Cooksey, Jo Longman and Amanda Brown of Falmouth Yoga Space and now… I’m delighted to introduce Reflexation Yoga!
For a long time I’ve been offering clients mindful stretching (yin yoga) and restorative yoga options to nurture the body and mind, and now I can also officially bring you the fun and challenge of flow yoga. Sure, vinyasa yoga is less lazy (ohhhh suuuuulk), but with its flowing movements and classic yoga shapes (asanas) it is simply GREAT for enlivening your mind and body.
Yoga whether Flow or Slow allows (sometimes insists, let’s face it) that you leave the busyness of life behind and come, just for now, to dwell in the present moment. It helps you find the ground, connect with your inner strength and rest in your innate ability to create (and re-create, again and again) balance.
Reflexation Yoga is offering Flow Yoga and Slow Yoga on Wednesdays and Saturdays at 5.30pm via Zoom. These classes are a development of the mindful stretching sessions that I’ve run ever since Covid came to our shores. Zoom classes are at an introductory price of just £5 each, payable by PayPal, BACS or iZettle link (gift places always available; please just ask). To join us, simply get in touch and I’ll send you the Zoom room access info (and payment info if needed)! For the time being, Reflexation Yoga also has a WhatsApp group for last minute updates (until a spyware-free alternative to WhatsApp becomes viable). Just ask and I’ll add you in!
