Reflexation loves working at festivals and sporting events, and we run our own charity events, fundraising through yoga classes.
The next big event we are offering yoga and physical therapy at is the Hellys International Guitar Festival 2022. This guitar extravaganza is taking place 18 – 20 August at The Epworth Centre, Helston. Hellys is a vibrant and growing music festival: you can read my blogs about being at Hellys 2019 and Hellys 2018 here!
Other events we’ve worked at include the Staff Life Well-Being Day at Penryn Campus Sports Centre and NHS staff well-being festivals at the Royal Cornwall Hospital and in the Zen Den at Scorrier House as part of the NHS Brilliant You Festival 2019. We’ve also been at street festivals in Cornwall and worked as part of a London School of Sports Massage (LSSM) team providing post-event therapy for Team Tommy’s at the huge London Marathon 2019. Always great to part of something BIG!
