Mindful Stretching

First inspired by the demands of our socially distanced life under SARS CoV-2, Reflexation Therapy is delighted to be offering mindful stretching sessions via Zoom, every Saturday at 5.30pm.

Take some time out to relax and restore mind and body with a series of balanced and deeply effective fascial release stretches. Open to all abilities and states of bendiness!

Mindful stretching with Chloë is a brilliant way to relax whilst stretching those muscles that I always seem to neglect! She makes options for all capabilities and creates a great zen environment to practice in. Thank you Chloë, I look forward to our sessions all week.

Note! Reflexation Therapy also offers Face Fitness sessions on Wednesdays at 17:30, with a short sequence of whole body stretches sandwiches between an extended series of gentle and fun exercises to wake up the face and lift the spirits! 

Mindful Stretching is FREE while we are all social distancing. Small and very optional donations are welcome via BACS, iZettle payment link or PayPal (details on request).
