Meet the Robin Room and the Sparrow Room, two beautiful, superbly equipped therapy rooms suitable for physical therapy, beauty therapy and talking therapy/coaching! Our therapy rooms are in the heart of Falmouth, at The Bird House Therapy Centre, located on Arwenack Street just past The Cornish Bank and Church of King Charles the Martyr.
Our therapy rooms are available to hire on a part time and ad hoc basis, with a one day minimum commitment. Enquiries are invited from professionally qualified and insured therapists/coaches who are building a new practice or growing an existing one. Room hire nitty gritty
Working at The Bird House allows you to secure your intention and your place as a therapist with a growing practice. The therapy room is all yours for the time you choose, for a fixed monthly price. On top of your minimum commitment of one day a week, you can add more hours ad hoc, add days or half-days, reduce your hours or cancel your arrangement if you need to, with one month’s notice.
The therapy room is available to hire part time seven days a week. Users can display business cards and leaflets in The Bird House, and your practice news can be included in Blogs/social media posts.
Current part time room hire rates include:
- Full day £95 per month: start-up price £75 a month for first two months
- Half day £50 per month
- Evening £45 per month
- Ad hoc £7 per client (up to two hours’ room use)
- Price reduction for additional days: £75 per extra day
