Release & Restore Yoga is a gentle and restorative practice open to all, offered as monthly Thursday and Sunday evening sessions: please see our Schedule to check what’s on when at The Zed Shed, Penryn and The Space Falmouth (all sessions also available live on Zoom).

Release & Restore is especially suited for those who can get frazzled or burned out sometimes, or who wrestle with Jedi tendencies… We take time to breathe and move mindfully, releasing tension from the tissues of the body and avenues of the mind as we head towards stillness and into deep, healing rest.

Enjoy being guided through somatic movement, breath practices, restorative yoga poses and the deeply healing stillness of yoga nidra. Release tension, Restore yourself.

What to bring

Just come as you are, bringing a yoga mat if you have one. Let me know if you haven’t got a yoga mat and I’ll bring one along for you to borrow. All additional props are provided, but if you’d like to bring your own eye pillow, bolster or blankets please feel free!

You can attend our Release & Restore sessions and courses in person or if you prefer, via Zoom.

Our monthly 90 minute offerings are £10 per session. Our weekly Sunday evening 90 minute sessions run as 6-week courses. It’s best to attended a full course but you can also drop in, as every session works as a standalone opportunity to de-stress and rest. Sunday evenings are £10 each or £50 if you book a full six-week course in advance!

Pay on the day (cash, card or mobile) or in advance via a secure payment link pinged over to your mobile or email. Please get in touch to book your space and receive your payment link. Easy!

A limited number of discounted and gift places are available for each session. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch to ask about these if money is tricky right now. We understand, and will be happy to hear from you.

In addition to our weekly and biweekly yoga offerings, private yoga sessions are also available, one to one or for small groups. Delve into yoga asana, movement, restorative yoga, breathwork (pranayama), meditation and yoga nidra, your way. Contact me to enquire!
