In Slow Flow yoga we move with the breath, creating spaciousness and refreshing both mind and body. We take things slowly and allow ourselves to find a place of ease and renewal.

Where & When?
Slow Flow is on MONDAYS 10:00 – 11:00 at The Space, Falmouth (The Sports Club, Western Terrace, Falmouth, TR11 4QJ). You can attend in person or follow along live on Zoom.
What to bring
Just come as you are, bringing a yoga mat if you have one. All additional props are provided. If you don’t have a yoga mat just let me know and I’ll bring one along for you to borrow.
In person classes at The Space are £7 each, or grab a four class pass for £24 (£6 per class).
Join us on Zoom for £6 per class or £20 for four (£5 per class).
You can pay on the day at class (cash, card or mobile) or in advance via a secure payment link pinged over to your mobile/email. Thanks for getting in touch to book your space and receive your payment link. Easy!
